What are the Hotel's cancellation policies?

We know that the situation at the moment is quite uncertain and we are here to help. If you made your reservation on our website, you can reschedule your stay until the end of 2020. For booking new reservations, we apply flexible conditions. Send us an email and we will take care of everything.

What is the check-in time?

You can check in from 15:00.

What is the check-out time?

The normal check-out time is 12 noon. However, if you need more time, contact one of our staff about the possibility of late check-out.

Can I store my luggage at the Hotel? Does it cost?

Yes, you can store your luggage at the Hotel, free of charge.

What credit cards are accepted by the Hotel?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diner and JCB cards.

Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility?

We have a room for people with reduced mobility that can be booked, subject to availability.

Are pets allowed at the Hotel?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

What is the Hotel's electrical voltage?

The Hotel voltage is 220V.

Does the Hotel have a wake-up service?

Yes, just dial "9" on your room phone and inform the reception of the desired time.

Yes, all of our rooms have hair dryers and straighteners.

Under what conditions will the credit card be charged?

If it is a non-refundable reservation, your credit card will be charged.

You can check in at any time. Our reception team is available 24/7.

What is the Hotel's pricing policy for children?

At Corpo Santo Hotel we have Superior Rooms and Family Junior Suites, which can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children. In double rooms we allow an extra bed. For children under 6 years old, no additional costs apply. For children over 7 years old, the additional amount is 30% of the total stay.

Are all taxes included in the room price?

VAT is included. The tourist tax is not included and must be paid at check-in. The tourist tax is 2 € per person, per night, up to a maximum of 14 € per person and per stay, applicable to guests over 13 years old.

The Porter Bistrô restaurant is open for breakfast from 7 am to 11 am and for lunch and dinner, from 12:30 pm to 11 pm.

Do you have food options for gluten intolerant people?

Yes, we have a food option for people intolerant to gluten.

Does the hotel have a gym?

Yes, it has a gym.

Is it possible to rent bikes and / or a car from the Hotel?

We don't have a meeting room.

How many rooms does the hotel have?

The Corpo Santo Hotel has 75 rooms, of which 8 are suites.

Does the Hotel have cots available?

Yes, we have cots available on request, subject to availability.

Yes, an extra bed is allowed in some rooms. For children under 6 years old there are no additional costs. For children over 7 years old, the additional amount is 30% of the total stay.

Yes, all rooms have this equipment.

Are the rooms air conditioned?

Yes, all rooms are air conditioned.

What is the breakfast schedule?

Breakfast starts at 07.00h and ends at 11.00h.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, breakfast is included in all rates.

Does the hotel offer in-room meal service?

Yes, it is available 24 hours, every day of the week.

Does the hotel have a park?

Yes. We have an underground car park with a cost between € 27.50 to € 30.00 for 24 hours, for each vehicle.
