Under the creative direction of our Head Bartender, Luís Duarte, the 2024 menu pays tribute to the 7 Wonders of the Modern World, reimagined in unique cocktails that promise to take our visitors on a memorable sensory journey. Sustainability is at the heart of our philosophy. We take pride in our commitment to using predominantly local ingredients and adopting sustainable practices, demonstrated by our innovative use of "leftovers" from the kitchen to create juices, syrups, and infusions. From the orange cordial made with peels to the grilled pineapple juice prepared with perfectly ripe fruits, each ingredient reflects our commitment to the environment.
